Expert Terms

This is an English translation for convenience. The Japanese version is the official version.

These Terms apply to those who participate in "Kigaru ni Soudan" as Experts, in addition to the Terms of Service.

Article 1 (Registration & review)

Expert registration is free. There are no monthly fees.
All profiles are published after review by the operator. We may decline to publish a profile.
Please describe your background and qualifications truthfully. We may ask for supporting documents.

Article 2 (Pricing)

Experts may freely set a price for each consultation length (15, 30 and 60 minutes). Displayed prices include tax.

Article 3 (Fees)

For each completed transaction, a platform fee of 15% of the consultation price is charged. There are no other fees.

Article 4 (Payment & payouts)

Online payment is currently being prepared. After a payment service (such as Stripe Connect) is introduced, Experts will be able to receive payouts through the designated procedure. Until then, payouts cannot be received on the Service.

Article 5 (Expert responsibilities)

Keep your availability up to date and respond to booking requests promptly.
Do not use information about Clients obtained through consultations for any other purpose.
Perform activities that require a license (medical, legal, etc.) only if you hold that license.
Do not solicit direct transactions outside the Service.

Article 6 (Suspension of listing)

The operator may suspend a listing in cases such as violations of these Terms or frequent complaints.

Article 7 (Changes)

These Terms may be changed as needed. We will give advance notice of important changes.
