Terms of Service
This is an English translation for convenience. The Japanese version is the official version.
These Terms set out the conditions for using "Kigaru ni Soudan" (the "Service"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (The Service)
The Service provides a place that connects users seeking advice ("Clients") with people who have knowledge and experience ("Experts"). We are not a party to any consultation and do not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any advice.
Article 2 (Registration)
Registration is free. Please keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
Article 3 (Bookings)
Clients send booking requests based on the prices, lengths and availability listed by Experts. A booking is confirmed when the Expert accepts it.
Article 4 (Fees & payment)
- Consultation prices are set by each Expert. There are no monthly fees.
- Online payment is currently being prepared. Payments cannot be made on the Service until payment functionality is introduced.
- Payment methods and cancellation rules after payment is introduced will be set out by amending these Terms at that time.
Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Registering false information or impersonating others
- Soliciting direct transactions outside the Service
- Defaming or harassing other users
- Performing activities that require a license (e.g. medical or legal services) without that license
Article 6 (Suspension)
We may suspend users who violate these Terms without prior notice.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for disputes between Clients and Experts.
Article 8 (Changes)
We may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on the Service.
Article 9 (Governing law & jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
