- For Experts: profile, background, qualifications, prices and availability
- Booking request details (preferred date and time, consultation topic)
- Usage information such as access times and device information

- Providing the Service, verifying identity and reviewing Experts
- Arranging bookings and communication between users and Experts
- Responding to inquiries and sending important notices
- Preventing misuse and improving the Service
- Calculating prices and fees for payment features planned for the future
3. Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties without consent. However, consultation details are disclosed to the other user or Expert to the extent needed to complete a booking.
4. External services
The Service uses cloud services for data storage and authentication. We plan to use a payment processor (such as Stripe) in the future and will update this policy when we do.
5. Security
We take reasonable security measures, such as access control, to prevent leaks or loss of personal information.
6. Access, correction & deletion
